Q. What is a digital print?
A. It is an electronic file that can be viewed on a phone or computer. You can have physical prints made from a digital print.
Q. Where do I leave instructions for what I would like printed?
A. You will be prompted for that information at the checkout under the title "replace existing text with your own where desired". This is where you can add names, statistics, motivational quotes etc..
Q. Can I use a soccer template for my basketball player?

A. Absolutely. You can use any template for any sport or activity. You can even substitute different fonts from other templates.

Q. How do I send my pictures to Fotostars?
A. You can either use the button below the "Add to cart" button when you are checking out or send them to us by email to info@fotostars.ca.

Q. Do I get a digital copy of the image if I order a print copy?
A. Digital copies are included on all orders.

Q.Is shipping really free on 8x10 pictures?
A. Yes! If you use the Canadapost Lettermail option. We guarantee delivery on this option. If you need a speedier service with tracking we offer that as well. We only ship to Canada.

Q. What if I’m not happy with the proof I receive.
A. We will work with you until you’re completely satisfied.

Q. How long until I receive my order?

Digital images are emailed to you within 24 hours and print images are usually shipped via Canada Post within 72.
